Nona Cross Artist:

Flower Mound, Texas based artist, Nona Cross, is an accomplished artist specializing in impressionist/realistic oil paintings. She is equally comfortable using brush or palette knife to create her exquisite works of art.  Her oil paintings include many florals, landscapes, and seascape scenes she has come across in her travels and everyday life.

When Nona paints, she lets her mind drift back to where her ideas originated, remembering the sights and smells to bring the painting to life.  Working with a brush allows her to capture the minutest detail while using the palette knife allows her to add texture and depth to a painting. She is a storyteller on canvas and welcomes you to join on her visual journey, sharing in the peace and joy that her work brings.

She is an associate member of Oil Painters of American and has spent many hours developing her skills through workshops and training sessions from other artists.
